"What a spectacular place! Gateway is the "gateway" to five different canyons. It is such a beautiful setting. And the resort is wonderful. My room was fanastic with lots of space inside, soaking tub separate from shower, and outdoor space with seating and a fire pit that was used every night and every morning. I didn't take advantage of all that's offered or available but the pools are amazing, had a wonderful pedicure, and a superb salt rub and massage. Ask for Brooke! The spa is quite pricey but quality service. The only food options in March are Paradox Grille and room service. Both options came with fabulous service, good variety, and delicious food. I can't wait to come again either by myself, with husband, with family, or with girlfriends. "

"This cabin is located in the middle of a national forest not far from the Colorado border in a remote location. It is surrounded by native vegetation and wildlife. While you are having breakfast, you can often see a family of deer grazing just outside the dining room. On our drive to town, we also came across a family of wild turkeys. There is a profound sense of calm and solitude. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. There is a large deck just outside the room we stayed in, and at night we could see the stars. The hosts, Rebecca and Mike are very welcoming and made us feel at home. The guests were also very friendly. It was Thanksgiving holiday, and Rebeca gave us her signature sangria, which was the best I have ever tried, and I know how to make a good sangria. It is a great place to get away from the city, relax, and visit the nearby national parks. I highly recommend it."
