The private onsen we had was very tiny so we opted for the public one which was great! So unless you’re shy, forego the private onsen in your room. Dinner was a kaiseki ryori (Japanese multi course dinner) which was beautiful, just not my favorite… breakfast was a combination of a Japanese course with buffet. Hotel is very close to the park and shops. I read a recent review online complaining about lack of a/c… there is a/c, works very well it is not obvious but it’s a dial with off, low, med, high. The reviewer should have used google translate ( the off did translate to cut). "
