"We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "

"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."

Room was beautifully decorated and having all I needed for a pleasant stay. Free tea/coffee facilities in a shared space with available honesty bar. "Zimmer wie im Krankenhaus und sehr kalt. Obwohl Heizung auf 5. Sehr harte und dünne Matratze, sehr dünne Decke. Sehr weite Wege. Entgegen der Beschreibung kein Restaurant vorhanden. Pool erst ab 20:00uhr nutzbar. Sauna nur gegen Aufpreis. Frühstück sehr überschaubar und keine 15€ Wert. "

"Waren zum Skisprungweltcup in Klingenthal.Preiswertes Hotel für den kleinen Geldbeutel. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Ein - und Auschecken war problemlos. Frühstück war ausreichend mit Luft nach oben. Das Restaurant bietet gute deftige tschechische Küche zu vergleichsweise kleinen Preisen. Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit war überall o.k. Kann man für einen Kurzurlaub ruhig weiterempfehlen. "
