"We had a lovely stay on the night of a concert at the o2. Was easy to get to via public transport and ubers. Shop, cafe and restaurant opposite and next to hotel. Staff were lovely and friendly too!"

"Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. "

"The property was clean and well furnished with utensils and crockery. Location was great Access was easy and the agents were quick to respond There was no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets provided tea and coffee was not provided. I’ve stayed in many places similar to this and there has been this provided. This is my only criticism "

"I was extremely surprised. This was a hidden gem! I was surprised it was equipped with all amenities; kettle, toaster, microwave, dining seating as well as a 2-ring stove. A really lovely accommodation, we were taken aback. The property owner was lovely, pleasant and friendly, he really took the time to show us where everything was. We will most definitely be staying here again in the future."

"The place was huge the value wonderful parking right out back great people food, just walk everywhere myself wife and daughter came all the way from the USA and couldn't have ask for better."

"We stayed 2 nights and I enjoyed the place with my family. Very spacious living and Dinning area, the rooms are also awesome. Lovely park for the kids to go play in summer and the hotel is close to DLR train station to navigate your way into London. will definitely be coming back. "

10/10 Excellent

"The main entrance scent was lovely. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They allocated a spacious and clean room for my family. There were shops near by and the station was just behind the hotel I was very pleased. One thing I suggest, upgrading the bathroom to a more aesthetic style and improving the breakfast menu I was not able to get plant based milk or yogurt for my daughter. "

"A very nice room with en-suite shower. Comfy beds - singles as came to town to see a show with my daughter. We enjoyed a swim in the pool followed by a sauna. Check out was 12 so gave us loads of time, without having to rush. The only thing I’d have liked would be provision of more than 2 teabags, some biscuits and hot chocolate sachets. They were no fruit teabags either, seemed a bit mean considering everything else was great. Staff very friendly and efficient at check in. We were able to leave our bags behind the desk as we arrived too early for check in as we were seeing a matinee performance, which was very beneficial."

"An amazing property that is a hidden secret nestled in the East End. It truly is like walking into another era. I really didn’t want to post anything as I wanted this property to remain unknown from the rest of the world. The staff is exceptional with wonderful facilities, such as the restaurant with beautiful food and decor. This property is completely unique and demands a clientele who will respect this. The only negative it is not very conveniently placed in terms of transportation. "
