"I don’t consider the hotel a worthy B&B badge holder. I requested a room for a disabled person, I received no acknowledgement, on arrival around 8pm I asked the staff if the bathroom was suitable for disability and he confirmed yes. I got to the room and it was not disabled friendly. Unfortunately I went straight to a meeting and was unable to query or change rooms. It is extremely dangerous for me to try and enter/exit a bath. "The Albergue was comfortable and clean. Staff very helpful. One thing that was annoying was the bracket to hold up the shower head was broken. So could not stand under the shower. "
