"Great property and owner. Need a car to get around or use taxis. Great location if you want to visit Modena, Parma and Bologna but dont want to stay in the center of any of them. Close to Ferrari, Lamborghini, all sites."

"The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed an evening meal in restaurant. Everywhere was clean including the public toilet. In the bedroom, the limited number of power points were rather hard to find. One was on the side of the bed, and the one for the kettle and coffee machine was hard to access."
"Very much enjoyed this 4-star hotel at a very reasonable price. Quality furnishings, clean, comfortable, plus friendly staff whether at reception or the bar and restaurant.
We had a lovely dinner, and great breakfast too.
