"The lodge is located beside the lake so the view is beautiful and the surrounding area is very peaceful. The service was great. People were very helpful! The lodge was kind of old and outdated and didn't look as grand as in the photos. I booked "Lakeside Room Double Queen" room. The room is not in the main building and it is on the third floor. I didn't see an elevator so we used a ramp to get to the room. The room condition was very primitive and outdated. The bathroom sink was in the bedroom and had minimum counter space. The sink was also a little clogged and water went down very slowly."

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. I loved that I could easily walk to the beach. The lodging was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that I had trouble operating the tv, but I didn't bother to get help since I had other things to do besides watch tv. I'm not sure how other hotels are in the area as far as quality to compare, but I would stay here again."

"We stayed in the renovated section and it was top notch with beautiful views and walk-on or drive-on access to the beach. The amenities across the street were great (indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi). Restaurant was closed on sunday but we found great restaurants in nearby Seabrook. Would definitely return!"
