Jaymie was at the desk when we arrived and was very welcoming and friendly. We loved her instantly! We were there for two nights on business and she gave us a nice room on the 4th flloor. Lovely Gilbertsville Cabin w/ Patio, 4 Mi to Water
Loved the cabin and the property, the koi pond was definitely a group favorite. Everything was absolutely beautiful and the owners were very quick to respond! I will say this is probably not a place for large groups the kitchen was very small, gorgeous, but only built for a few people.

Terrible communications , couldn’t get in the location as they wanted me to reach out to them for entry details 24 hours in advance. Also when I did reach out to both them and Hotels.com as well the owner didn’t respond until 3 days later. Ripoff
