"The location is excellent and the staff is all amazing. The fridge in our room was broken and I didn’t realize until after all our groceries went bad :( so that was very unfortunate and an added expense. The shuttle is so convenient and it was nice have some food choices available right at the lodge, although it was all mediocre and expensive for the quality. Overall, a good stay and I would recommend it!"

"The location is unmatched on the south rim of the Grand Canyon, truly stunning views from right outside the hotel. The staff was very helpful and pleasant in all areas, from the front desk to the F&B service staff and housekeeping. The rooms are dated, nothing terrible with the exception of the HVAC in our room which was so loud that we had to turn it off at night. Parking is a hassle so if you can take the train it’s a good way to go. "

"Booking through Expedia might be part of my problem. Communication with the property manager was difficult, should I use the app or call them directly? Otherwise property was nice. Need some chairs for sitting. It served our purposes well. "
