Arrived a little after 5:00pm and even with a reservation they did not have a clean room available. Was not able to get into room until a hour later. I remember when this hotel was built about 20 years ago. They really have let it become very run down."

"Asked for adjoining rooms over a month ahead. Did NOT get. Heater/AC was very noisy, rattle sound all night. Girl who checked us in assigned a room with coded keys to an occupied room. Very upsetting. "

There were no clearly labeled Handicap parking spaces only 4 "Gold Member" spaces close to the main entrance. Graciously they let me use one of these. Thank-you. For some reason the contacted me at 2:30 asking if I was still coming? Why? Check in was not until 3:00. I arrived at 3:30."
