"Room was not clean. The bathroom was disgusting. But as the saying goes "you get what you pay for". But honestly if you pay to stay somewhere you at least expect the basic amenities. Clean bed and bathroom. Don't expect that here."

"The hotel grounds were beautiful and well kept. I enjoyed the heated pools and out door jacuzzi.
The staff was also really nice I can’t remember everyone’s name but i remember Karin helped us with our check in and then the younger staff from the Trails end cafe were all nice and helpful.
Only downside I think the tubing is overpriced especially if we are already staying at the hotel their should offer a discount for hotel guests. I’ve done tubing elsewhere at a lower rate and without a time limit.
The room was nice and clean very spacious and beds we’re comfortable. "
"Room was large with extra sitting area. Clean and comfortable.
Staff we encountered - from front desk, restaurants, housekeeping, and casino - were all friendly and professional.
A great location for shopping was an added perk. "
