You can tell they take pride in what they do. The room was clean, modern, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job — everything felt fresh and taken care of. They even let me check out at 2 PM at no extra charge since I had a later departure, which I really appreciated. That kind of flexibility goes a long way. The pool area is beautiful, very well kept, and offers an incredible view — especially at sunset. Definitely a highlight of the stay. Overall, a really solid experience. Would absolutely come back."

"Location: good location to walk to the patong beach and bangla road etc Very busy noisy road outside Room: our first room (411) was facing the main road was horrendous could not sleep atall the first night so asked to move rooms and they upgraded me to one facing the back of hotel (727) which noise was gone. Wouldnt say rooms are like luxurious but good for the money Staff: all staff our lovely! Very nice and friendly. The man who stands and greets you at the door is very nice. All staff behind reception lovely. Always greeting Rooftop: nice food, friendly staff and pool is great! Nice comfy beds to lie on"
