"I enjoyed my stay overall. Breakfast buffet was good..loved fresh omelets. The room did not have a refrigerator and front desk associate barely looked up from her phone to state there were no extra ones to bring. The pool area was full of kids which was fine, but no one else could enjoy the pool plus the kids kept the floor outside elevators soaking wet..causing a fall hazard. Hotel should have something for them to dry their feet before leaving the pool area. Food at Ruth Chris was good..great atmosphere there."

"We have been going to Hoover every year since 2013 for the SEC tournament, minus 2020. This was the BEST, most comfortable, clean and convenient motel we have stayed at so far. The front desk ladies were SUPER NICE and accommodating! And the housekeeping staff that we encountered too was really nice and helpful. We plan to book this motel again in 2027! OH! And the courtyard/pool area was VERY nice! Only wish they had a free coffee station in the morning. But that is not a complaint, just a wish! ;)"

"Although the property was clean and well run, the first room we had, had a bed that squeeked terribly every time one of us moved. We got very little sleep. But what was worse is that the room had humidity and smelled of mold, eventhough the AC was on and the filters were clean. We complained the next day and they switched our room to another one on two floors down. Although the bed didn't squeek, the room still smelled of mildew and was stuff almost as bad as the first room. There is definitely something wrong with way the hotel is ventilated."

"Arrived at Midnight and had given away my room to someone else and told me I would have to find a different hotel. When I persisted, they gave me a different room type but it smelled so strong of marijuana and cigarettes, I had to ask to change rooms. The next room they gave the lady told me she didn’t have a room card and would bring new card to me in a few minutes. A few minutes meant 7 am. They also double charged me. I had paid on Expedia and they charged my credit card a second time. Worst hotel experience ever! And the pool was green."

"The hotel was Wonderful. It is in a perfect location, close to everything. The property was very clean, the staff was friendly and the room was great. The room had a full kitchen! The next time, I will get a room with the sofa. I will definitely stay at this property again. Thank you"
