"They had a good breakfast. The room wasn’t super clean. There was spilled drink on the walls and the room had a weird smell to it. Definitely not the dirtiest hotel room and for a Holiday Inn in Alamosa. It was decent. Can’t expect a lot when going to small towns. Over all the great service good hotel staff was nice and the pool was clean."

"The staff were so nice and the cabana was clean and roomy. The only thing to watch out for are the bugs that get inside, but that’s just because of the location and completely understandable. Also, dining options are about a 20 min drive, again due to its location. But just keep that in mind when planning your visit."

"This property is a gem! From the spices, cookware, dishes, and towels in the kitchen, to the extra pillows, blankets, cots, and air mattresses for the bedrooms, to the boards and sleds for fun at the Dunes, everything was clean and well-stocked. It's a very private spot, so our family was able to just enjoy the getaway and focus on each other without the distraction of needing or worrying about the property. Communication with the owner and team was top-notch, as they sent clear check-in and other info ahead of time and responded quickly to our few questions! We really appreciated the quality of the property and the experience behind it."
