Hotels near Hooker Lake

"Nice place to stay for the weekend while visiting Great America. Directly across from the main entrance. Several food options with in walking distance from the hotel and a huge shopping mall, a short drive away. Appears to be recently remolded and a popular indoor pool area. Breakfast did not appeal to us and didn’t try, but would still stay here again if in town again."

"Everything was comfortable and clean. the main lodge was well appointed and had many restaurant and lounges to hang out in. Even had live music. I will definitely be back. "

"Everything was great! The only downside was the rooms not being fully inspected or cleaned beforehand. There were condoms and underwear behind our headboards. "

"Too early for outdoor pool. Front desk person at check in was not very friendly or helpful. Made us feel less than welcome. Didn’t seem interested in answering any questions. We had a lakeside room but it overlooked the roof and was not an attractive sight with all the mess on it. Plus they were installing some kind of big unit so it was noisy. We wouldn’t have bothered with a lakeside room if we had known that was th view. I"

"We stayed here last weekend for a volleyball tournament. Upon arriving to the hotel, it was very apparent that there were some major renovations happening. There were ceiling tiles misplaced, wall paper taped to the wall, and the front desk area was very messy. On the way to the room, lots of renovation projects as well. Room was fairly clean except for the bathroom. It would have been nice to know about the renovation when selecting this hotel for our weekend stay. It was certainly not worth the price we paid. Loud music until late at night and again before 6 am. Do not recommend this hotel at all!"
