"Enjoyed staying here: staff, cleanliness, bed, quiet, air conditioning… due to my age and recent surgery requested a ground floor room. Was assigned one…a bit of a walk but prefer to the initial offer of a 4th story room. Will note this for future reservations here. Excellent hotel to spend the night for exit flights from Heathrow. "This hotel is a hotel like no other! After reading the reviews, I was worried about the heat and lack of fridges etc …. However I can’t believe anybody can say anything bad about this place ! It’s not just a hotel it’s an estate so the land and play areas make it extra special ! The rooms are spacious and clean, the restaurant food is excellent and the check in was quick and easy ! The rooms were cool with windows open and a fan provided. The pool is nice with loads of floats for the kids. I didn’t want to leave and I would return with my family."

"This was a lovely hotel - close to the airport and Windsor Castle. It took an hour to get to downtown London by Uber, but public transit options were conveniently nearby and affordable. Breakfast was great, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful."

"Staff were friendly throughout. Hotel was clean, well decorated and comfortable. The spa was fabulous and a welcome addition after a day of walking in Winchester. This is likely more of a personal request but since they have communal changing areas, bigger towels for those guests that just can't quite fit normal towels would be an appreciated addition - it's the little things! "
