The view from our room was great! However the property is overall in need of a remodel. The beds were uncomfortable. Bathrooms had stained and peeling paint and the balcony doors were hard to operate.

Room was filthy and incredibly tired. Pillows and mattresses were so old and used. The property was in terrible condition and absolutely overrun with people. Sheraton Princess Kaiulani Waikiki Beach
This is my 2nd stay here and may make it my hotel of choice. Like the location and he tower rooms are comfortable with decent views. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Also appreciate the amenities such as pool area and fitness center.
