"Happy with this one night stay in a twin room. Nice hotel, everything you needed for a comfortable stay! Breakfast nice too."

"Warm welcome on arrival, although it says hotel entrance on one side of the building, but by the time you’ve walked all the way through, you’re back in the bar! Only one towel in the room but this was quickly sorted once reported. The room was clean, with plenty of hot water, tea & coffee. The only issues we had in the room (no9) was we couldn’t turn the radiator off, so had to have the windows open and then had a lot of road nose, and someone had jammed the shower on maximum heat. Both were reported to maintenance. We had a great evening in the restaurant, but didn’t have breakfast. "

"The staff were friendly but were unable to change my room which was not ideal. I was given a disabled room- the fittings were heavily rusted, the shower flooded the entire bathroom and the sink was badly chipped. A deep clean of the room is also required"

"The staff were friendly and beds comfortable. Carpet in our room was in poor condition unfortunately being threadbare in parts but otherwise a good stay. Breakfast was pretty good quality just beware that some items on menu are additional cost which are marked."

"It’s situated in a backstreet behind a Main Street row of nightclubs. Fine for a midweek stay but probably best avoided at weekends. It’s ok for the price but a bit like staying in student accommodation - Spartan furniture and furnishings and rather tired decoration. "
