"Clean room, great staff"

"Didn’t see any facilities when arrived no one there to let us in and was just absolutely shocking "

"Lovely place to stay, all areas are very clean as was the room . The staff here were all very friendly and helpful. Parking is limited but there os a large payable car park opposite the property. This was our first time here and certainly won't be our last. "

"I stayed here some years ago and was very impressed, however it is very tired and dated now, they are doing some renovations in some areas. Definitely not worth the money at the moment."

"Usually stay here, rooms are nice with the odd fault from time to time. Would be nice if they had bottles of water in the room. The thing that annoys me, and I think I've finally had it, is the gym times. Get in from a days work, just want to do an hour or two. Closes at 8, last admission at 7, and they chuck you out by 7.40. So realistically I get 40 minutes at best, and that's just pointless, especially when comparing to other hotels when they close at 10 or have 24 hour unattended."

"The room was slightly stuffy and couldn’t change the air con settings very easily. Other than that everything was spotless, the staff were helpful the lady who booked us in was great and ordered me a taxi for a specified time. A very pleasant stay."

"Got to the hotel and and asked if we could have food, the guy who checked us in , said I’ll show you to your room and then I’ll find out , he never came back to us, so ended up having a bag of crisps The other staff was very polite and very helpful Went to bed and the room was nice , but after falling a sleep I woke up around 3am feeling very cold as the heating had been turned off Breakfast wasn’t very nice , bacon was very fatty and the sausage didn’t taste that great, mushrooms was very bland "
