Just couple of areas for improvements: 1- Front Desk people need training; they were not able to help me with simple request about room type 2- Elevators are very slow. I think one of three was not working that made a line of people waiting all the time."

"Had a great experience. Room was clean and never heard the rooms on either side. Loved the walk in shower. Staff was great Had a slight mishap re Expedia and the hotel but the hotel staff cleared it up in a professional manner. Will be going back. "
