"Everything was good"

"I was allowed to check in early. The staff member told me that I should really tip the housekeeper because she cleaned a room fast for me. When I got to the room the only part that had been cleaned was the bathroom. The bed was dirty and clearly slept in, the trashes had not been taken out and there were crumbs all over the desk. Called the front desk and was told they would send someone up, an hour later no one had shown so I called down again and the staff member gave me attitude about how the hotel is sold out and it’s busy. By the time I left and came back at night still no one had come to clean the room. "

"Everything was great except the shower. Low pressure and the cone of water from the shower head was very small. Made showering difficult in general. "

"This is one of the more confusing hotels. Taking the elevator in the lobby to the second floor means you take the elevator down not up because the lobby is technically the 4th floor. Staff was great, hotel room is not very convenient. Shocked at how small the bathroom was. And balcony had a view of the Charles river but it was blocked by an outdoor tent so sitting on the balcony was useless. Not a great stay "

"hotel was friendly, helpful. the hotel even had a texting system if you needed assistance you could simply text. This was very helpful. Breakfast was great. Clean. Hotel room was spacious and very clean. I will definitely return when i come back into town. "

"Good and Bad Good: location is amazing. Gym is incredible. Staff were very nice. Starbucks and restaurants/bar are nice and accessible. Bad: walls are PAPER thin. You hear everything from other rooms to outside to hallways. Parking is $70/USD a day (when we booked three months ago they said $40 but didn’t honor that). Rooms and bathrooms are TINY and old."
