"This is a place that has over time lessened its worry on expenses and increased its worry of daily life for the staff.. meaning, it’s just a job. From the elevator in constant disrepair to the lack of care in the pool and its water quality to the stench within the hallways. The place could be great with just a little care in these areas. The breakfast is great and the staff up front do show that they care. Don’t rely on their information on the military events as none of them have done it and it’s honestly too late if you rely on their schedule they give to you. Parking is fine. Area is fine. Learn the side roads if you plan on being there any amount of time. Also…. Why not just have a dang shower door. Poor design. Looks nice but not helpful. Overall fine place to stay. Beds are good and it does what it’s suppose to do."

"This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel. If you are going to SeaWorld, the location of this hotel is the best, the amenities and environment are family friendly. The only thing that we don’t like is that they don’t have a kid’s menu in their restaurant. Everything else is awesome. We really like it, and will be back a third time."
