"Very nice rooms very clean a little loud because you’re next to the hospital so you hear sirens all night long but it’s safe. We would stay there again cause it’s walking distance to restaurants in the outlets so it’s nice."

"Super-cute themed hotel that has clearly put in the effort to make it Disney themed with fantastic decor elements and decorations in the lobby etc, castle-style furniture in the rooms, and the internal courtyards are just lovely. The rooms are a bit dated, could do with modernising etc. but it is a family-focussed hotel so understandable. Great to have the pool, and breakfast was a solid effort!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was a great price and I was concerned that we would get what we paid for, but the Sonesta did NOT disappoint us. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, everything was clean and well kept. I just needed a safe budget friendly place to sleep between long park days and the Sonesta is beyond what I expected. The beds were comfy with 4 pillows each, there was a fridge and microwave (Super helpful for after park snacks and easy Breakfast in the room). The room was spacious. They do not do daily room cleaning unless requested the night before. We did ask for fresh towels and they were in the room when we returned from the park. The pool was not open, but we didn’t come for a pool. I struggled to find the ice machines (only on the 3rd and 7th Floors) but the kind lady at the coffee bar filled up my drink jug with ice for us every morning. I would 100% stay here again when visiting Disney. Lyft/Uber rides were between $8-$17 dollars for a standard car to/from the parks. We didn’t not pay for a car or parking."

"I like everything about the hotel. It was very clean, friendly staff, and great amenities. Wish the parking fee would be less. My only complaint is the sheets are not very good quality kind of rough. Walking distance to Disneyland was great. It would be nice if they had complementary continental breakfast."
