"We just spent ten wonderful nights at the Sheraton, and the location couldn't be better. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed with cold tea and refreshing towels—such a lovely touch after our ten-hour journey. Jane at the reception was incredibly helpful, ensuring we got the perfect room for our needs. The breakfast staff was friendly and attentive, offering an impressive variety of options. The hotel was pleasantly quiet at night, and having a balcony to dry our clothes while enjoying the great view was a nice bonus. We also enjoyed some drinks at the Altitude Bar, which added to our relaxing experience. Tram our cleaning lady was also so sweet. The pool area provided towels, and Leo at the Tiki Bar was especially friendly. We did try to access the beach, but with only 18 available sunbeds, getting there early or later in the day is essential. We would definitely choose to stay at the Sheraton again! "Clean, friendly staff, good buffet breakfast. Beach has nice white sand. Pools were very well maintained. The spa experience was amazing listening to the waves crash while getting a massage."

"The hotel is modern and clean, well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. The exception are lifeguards at the beach. The rules of the hotel: guests are allowed to use the swimming pools and beach (as it is owned by hotel) only from 6 am to 6 pm. When I tried to swim after 6 pm even it was not dark and no waves, the life guards yelled, whistled and used sirena. We did not drink, good swimmers and careful. Very unpleasant experience: first time in our many trips that we were not allowed to use beach and pools after 6 pm. The question is: what to do in their hotel after 6 pm considering that the hotel is located 40 min drive to city? Their entertainment in the evening was also poor. The food in the buffet was not great. Even the hotel is "all included", the restaurant was not included. guests need to pay extra. The hours of buffet operation were limited: no food after 8:30 pm. Conclusion: the price (more than 1600 CAD for 8 nights) did not match the quality of the service."
