"We checked in very late because we were attending the NFL draft. When we got into our room, the smoke detector was beeping. Even after the staff changed the battery, the smoke detector still beeped. Unfortunately the hotel was booked solid and there were no other available rooms at nearby hotels. The manager of the hotel went above and beyond and completely removed the detector for the night. After we got back to our room the next day, the detector had been replaced and repaired. I very much appreciated them doing what they could to allow us a good night’s rest, but also remedying the issue to ensure our safety. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. The TVs are HUGE! Would definitely stay again."
