"Rude staff - acted like my presence at check-in was nothing but a nuisance. The carpet in our room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in quite a while. Absolutely no free continental breakfast - the small dining area's lights were off and no food or coffee was available all 3 days we stayed there. This was the only hotel to stay at in this small town, so we had no choice."

"The cleaning "fragrance" was overwhelming throughout the property - made me wonder "what are they covering up?"
Toilet kept backing up, first time it flooded the bathroom,
second time overflowed some - would have been nice to have offered me a different room. To their credit, the responded quickly to the issue but it was still not "working right" - gurggled and fingers were crossed everytime I flushed.

"Hand towel was dirty and unfolded and the remote wasnt able to do anything for the tv but turn it off or on. The air conditioner barely worked and there was no laundry bag or ice bag. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone unless you just want to sleep then run."

"Bed was hard as a rock. Water not very hot. Mexicans replacing carpet and doing construction upstairs at 7am on a Sunday morning. Booked the King suite for 2 days and didnt bother to stay the second day. Cut my whole trip short due to hotel."
