"The room was acceptable, but the swimming pool was very small and unheated. Food at the on-site restaurant was not good and made me sick. Location is far from oceanfront and not ideal. "

"AWFUL!!!! Franny at front desk was kind. Liz and Claudia were rude and down right mean!! Refused to call Frederico the hotel manager, stated “he’s in a meeting.” Waited in cramped lobby with many others for 5 hours for room to be ready. After 5 hours, 3 United Airlines employees came in and received their rooms immediately. 5 different families approached the front desk and ONLY THEN our rooms were ready. Room was hot and stuffy!! Room phone did not work. Mattress was lumpy. Walls are paper thin!! TV kept going in and out. Notified Claudia and NOTHING was fixed. WORST hotel stay ever!!!!"

"Room was modern and comfortable. Airport shuttle pickup was a train wreck, but was ameliorated by a couple of free drinks at the bar. Bathroom had a bidet...which will shoot cold water in a fast stream on the legs of a curious but novice user. Airport plane vibrations were quite noticeable thru the reportedly sound proof windows. Staff were delightful."

The only minor negative was the fron desk lady was a little short because she had a cold and it was late at night. Also one of our rooms was given away because Hotels.com failed to inform the hotel that I had a new credit card.. "
