"I checked in and was handed a key card and a roll of sheets. The luggage room wasn’t locked. I went up to the room (no elevator) and opened the door. It was an all male room. (I asked for an all female room). I went downstairs and told him the issue. He gave me another key card. I entered, and the bed I was assigned was occupied.
