"Everything was good about the hotel except if you are using the train station earlier than a certain time, you cannot go through the entrance of the hotel from the inside (where there is a working elevator to take you up to the next level. Instead you have to go through the square and down and up stairs (we had several pieces of luggage) and the only elevator to get up the stairs near the train station was out of order). It is not easy with even rolling bags to maneuver with uneven stones. Otherwise, the hotel was great for location and was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice as well."
