"The room was excellent except I had to pay an extra early check in fee of $30 even though I had a room the night before that was unoccupied, but paid for because I was stuck in Seattle all night. I had to put up $20 cash collateral for the room in case of damages because I had no debit card only the early evening desk clerk was very rude about returning the $20 collateral when I leave out of here at 3:30 this morning to catch my 5:05 plane. All in all, I would probably stay here again because the rest of the staff was very pleasant."

"We love staying here. It's very dog-friendly, with a great river trail right beside the hotel and a fenced mini dog park. The outdoor hot tub is huge, and many of the hotel rooms have sliding glass doors that open up to the pool area for super easy access. The restaurant on site is actually very good, not like a typical generic hotel restaurant. The staff are very friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Even though it's downtown, access is easy from the freeway and being near the university campus and river make it scenic and green."

"I’ve stayed twice already and would recommend over and over. I actually just booked for February for my daughter and her husband as a little getaway. Love the location, staff was really friendly, room was great ,breakfast was good and is conveniently located to so much with in walking distance. I will be back again that is for sure. Thank you for providing such a good experience."
