"They rip you for a entertainment fee of 10 bucks plus a parking fee. They also have ear plugs in the room for the noise. The free breakfast is at the restaurant next door and is above average."

"Flat tires on bikes. Staff was wonderful. Noises noticeable but earplugs are provided. (train/late night arrivals/downtown cars)"

"The room was great, executive suite with a balcony. The breakfast selection is good, if you get there early enough. Coffee not available 24 hrs. In room water boiler pitcher for steeping coffee was not ideal. Limited pool hours, 9am to 10pm, did not work for us. There was a lot of pool patrons and the pool and spa are small. Our room neighbors left their garbage and food tray outside their doors, dirty glasses left on the table at the end of the hall. Not really the hotel’s fault, but if staff isn’t on the floors until the next day for room cleaning, then the trash sat all night. The guests should have taken their trash/food tray downstairs rather than leaving it outside their doors. We won’t stay here again."

"Bugs in the bed, dirty tub, thin walls. No landline phone to call the front about the issues; I called from my cell. I was not offered another room. Office closes at midnight, so final checkout if leaving before they reopen feels incomplete. I didn’t get a final bill to see and sign. Otherwise, very large and pretty suite, and the kitchen was awesome. "

"The room was nice and clean. There is plenty of options to eat inside the hotel with plenty of other options close by. The only thing I don’t like is all the cigarette smoke in the casino that I had to walkthrough to get to food. They should have a smoking room versus a non smoking room. "
