"From the time that we walked in until we left, our Hosts and their staff treated us extremely well. Our room was amazing and the cooked to order breakfast was well done. "There was no accommodation. When I arrived, it was just new private houses. Bukani House was not known. I had to call taxi again to take me to another place. When I phoned the number I found the lady told me it stopped operating long ago. She said I must claim refund from the website that did the booking for me. I could have been robbed, nobody new me or trusted me. What if that was my last money?"

"The staff were very friendly, check in and out easy. The room was missing pillows and towels for the children (which I am sure we could have rectified easily however we were exhausted). The bed was very hard and it was so noisy from the road and dock we actually thought the window was open and therefore didn't sleep very well. The room itself was spacious and clean. "
