Turns out their shuttle does not leave on time, according to schedule, but they might decide to wait for late guests. And so you sit in the shuttle wondering when it will go to the airport and if you will make it to your plane. We also had people standing in the shuttle which is unsafe, as there us nothing for them to hold on to. One person was even carrying a child…"

"To begin we booked our room a few weeks in advance for two adults and one child. We also requested that we needed to have a roll away bed for our son. The website gave us a choice of a king bed of two double beds. We choose a king for us and sent an email to the hotel that we were not just requesting but needing an extra bed for our son. We were really disappointed with the hotel. We had booked a king room with a roll away bed for our son. We found out once we had arrived that there was not enough room for the extra bed. They insisted that we were to have a 2x double bed room. My husband and I tried to explain that we would still need a separate bed for our young son. We are not tiny people. We (Two bigger sized adults) do not fit comfortably in a double bed and our son move around a lot in his sleep. Their attitude was like tough. This is what you get. But we can up grade you to a harbour view. Which turned out to be a pool view only. The hot tub water was dirty and the jets did not work. When we went to check out we were greeted the same way we had the night before. I am finding the customer service at this hotel has gone down hill and we will not be returning. "
