"Aging but clean rooms and properly "

"Overall, the stay wasn’t bad, but it felt a bit underwhelming considering the price of the room. On the positive side, the hotel was very clean, well-stocked, and clearly family-friendly—they even provided games, along with brand new crayons and coloring books for kids. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. My biggest issue was the noise level. On Friday night around 9:30 PM, a group with children checked into the room next door and above us. There was a lot of running, stomping, and yelling that continued until about 11:30 PM. While that was frustrating, we were already awake, so it wasn’t a huge deal at the time. Unfortunately, the noise started up again early the next morning at 6:30 AM. I understand that this is largely a matter of parental supervision, not entirely the hotel’s responsibility. However, the soundproofing was a major concern. The walls and the adjoining door were so thin that it felt like the noise was coming from inside our room. Better insulation or soundproofing would make a significant difference in the overall experience."

"Bathroom could’ve been cleaned better stuff on ground hair in dressing in bedroom Third people upstairs were running on and jumping tell midnight than started again at 7am so not much good sleep"

"Overwhelming perfume smell to cover up pet friendly room. I didn't want a pet friendly room, but got stuck with one, and a horrible headache to boot. It was obvious they want to cater primarily to people with pets, free dog treats in the lobby, etc.i would only recommend this hotel to people bringing dogs. "

"Great hotel, we love to stay at the beach and this property was right there, ocean view room, so quiet, our room even had a fireplace. We definitely enjoyed our time there. Not to mention small sandy area behind with fire pits as well. Overall we would love to comeback "

"Location, Location!!! Perfect spot right on the ocean where you can watch the Sea Lions. When the tide is out, there are amazing tide pools to explore. It is located conveniently between Newport and Depoe Bay, but nestled in the forest. We were also able to view the stars at night. The condo itself could use a lot of updating and repairs, but still a great place to base your excursions!"

"The room was large. We were on the 2nd floor and had a balcony with 2 chairs. Great oceanview and there is access to the beach. Parking is convenient, right at the stairs up to our room. No shops nearby. No restuarant onsite. All of this was fine with us; we wanted a room on the ocean; and that is what this place had to offer at a great price."
