"We loved our stay. The pool, sauna, and steam rooms are superb. The staff is incredibly warm and helpful. Our only confusion was how to notify about having the room refreshed/done up. There is a door knob hanger that says “Please refresh our room” on one side and on the other, a notification if you need assistance because you are disabled. Our understanding of this was that if you do not put out that notice that the room doesn’t get done up, and we were fine with that. Yet our room was cleaned. We were also fine with that, but confused about how it works. No complaints."
