Great location halfway between Sydney and Melbourne. Easy to book in and check in. As an older building it is a bit tired. It is also a bit noisy due to the materials of the outer walls. Full utilities which was great.

Property is very old and not up to standard of today. Post important was meet and greet very friendly and the bed was clean and comfortable. The rest left a lot to be desired. Will not go back.

Well positioned quiet motel which is well organised and well presented for an older but clean building. Our room was warm, hot water available and a good bed. Good lights too for reading in bed. Holbrook is a quick and easy town for an overnight stop en route to Melbourne. We will be back!
