"Thermostat worked, unlike elsewhere at times on this trip. Could've used two coffee packets per day, but otherwise room service was excellent. Reception is on 7th floor with a great view of Sakurajima. Aesthetically pleasing and functional room."

"Hotel room looked like an apartment. It had a kitchenette with all the pots and pans and such. Also had a tub with a nice view and a washer/dryer combo. Also had a very nice view of the volcano. Pricey but would recommend."
