Hotel a little dated but location great I got a taxi from the station then could walk to the castle grounds & famous gardens also right next to main st & could also walk to Ninja shrine/museum, shops & Samurai area. Would recommend if you are on a budget. "

"Things I didn't like: - beds are rather hard - pillows are VERY unsupportive (good if you are a back sleeper, not so much if sleep on your side) - the bathroom and the pods were a little dusty - ALOT of rules - staff wasn't too knowledgeable of the area besides major places, such as the castle Things I did like: - location is great.
