"Very friendly"

"The rooms are specious and very nice, good breakfast and service "

"I had an wonderful 2 nights stay at Hotel Goryukan. The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. "信州北部の山行拠点として、宿泊しました。部屋は清潔で、エアコンも新しく快適に過ごす事が出来ました。24時間シャワー可も助かりました。シンプルに宿泊したい場合には最適だと思います。 ペンションが多数立ち並ぶエリアで周囲の道路がやや狭く、コンビニ・スーパーは少し離れているのでそこだけ注意は必要です。"

"LOVED staying here, walking distance to Happo-one along with many different places to eat, and the gift shop they have is beautiful."

"Great oasis in the mountains with great service and food "

"I can not more highly recommend Shirouma So! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was very comfortable and perfectly situated near the bus terminal, Happo One, and restaurants. The onsen was the perfect way to finish a day on the slopes. The food was excellent and there was plenty of variety - while breakfast is set, it is different every day. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Great staff"

"The place was cosy and the host was so very helpful with transport to grocery shopping and station, & lift passes. The small house had all the facilities you need and was toasty. "

"Amazing place to stay. Absolutely will be back"

"Wonderful stay. Staff was amazing, they helped transport our ski bags, they picked us up from the Hakuba train station and at the end of our stay dropped us off again. Highly recommend and would stay again. "

"The staff were so helpful here. The place has character and the location is amazing close to the chairlift and can see the mountain from the room. The room has everything we needed and loved the onsen. Breakfast was typical Japanese style but as a buffet so could help yourself and you could ski straight into the warm room to leave our equipment. "

"Good location , great hotel . Family friendly , good morning breakfast . Food in the taproom is great also when you can’t be bothered going out ( or if everything is booked ). Would recommend and will stay again "
