"We had a wonderful stay. The staff decorated our bed with swans as we mentioned we were there as part of our honeymoon. Beautiful facilities, loved both swimming pools. The staff went above and beyond to tell us about the local area and help us. Made sure we knew where to go and what prices we should expect to pay. The shuttle bus was helpful."

"From th moment of arriving to my departure 4 nights later, virtually every aspect of this resort exceeded my expectations. The, quiet low rise resort style, large swimming pool and beautiful beach was what I was looking for and truly received. The palm trees and bougainvilleas everywhere were idyllic. The room was also great, with a very comfortable bed and first class linens. I’ll be back."

"We had a fabulous time at the Pearl, from reception to house keeping everyone is happy to welcome you as family and is genuinely pleased you have chosen their hotel. We stayed in a superior room on the 3rd floor with seperate lounge and bedroom. Both rooms were huge and each had an ocean view balcony. The bedroom had plenty of storage and the bed was delightfully soft. The bathroom was well equipped with toiletries and spotless, large walk-in shower and plenty of towels. We stayed 10 nights so had extras included like 6 pieces of laundry each day, mini-bar refilled and afternoon tea. The resort is beautifully maintained by friendly staff inside and out. The vast pool area with various water depths was very safe for all ages and no fighting over loungers as they were plentiful. Steps down to the beautiful beach had more seating. The included breakfast was substantial and had all options hot and cold, as we were there for Reunification weekend it was very busy but tables were available and the Manager apologised which was a nice touch. The on-site eating is limited but that could be quiet season. An Bang is 1km walk along the road or beach where the choice of amazing food is endless. There is a free shuttle bus to Hoi A but limited times and the last bus home was 6pm, a little too early but a Grab taxi/bike was so cheap it didn't matter. We looked at the apartments for future family visits and the 2 bed/bathroom would be ideal for parents and kids, amazing hotel."

"Nice facility with several notable issues. The service in the restaurant is poor to say the least. The Wi-Fi is continuously unstable. I had some hot water issues the first day but they eventually improved. My room itself was spacious and gorgeous - it's worth splurging for the suites or villas here. It's just unfortunate that an otherwise nice property has so many glaring issues."
