"Très bien"

"Hotel alles wie im Internet beschrieben. Bei der Ankunft wusste niemand von unserer Reservierung obwohl wir 2 schriftliche Bestätigungen hatten. Nach ca 20 min kam die Chefin, die zuerst auch etwas ratlos wirkte…..wir bekamen dann unser Zimmer wie gebucht. Es war sehr schön und sehr ruhig. Wir konnten unser Abendessen auf der Terrasse einnehmen mit einem tollen Blick über das ganze Tal. Ein sehr kurzweiliger Service hat uns die anfänglichen Probleme schnell vergessen lassen. "My wife and I enjoyed our two night stay at the Hotel Dontenville. The room was very clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and informative. We had one evening meal and two breakfasts'. We really liked the breakfast. The fresh baguette was awesome and the croissants melted in your mouth. If we return to the Alcase region, we will defiantly stay her again."

"The price of the room booked online is 10% higher than the labelled price in the hotel reception; hotel is reasonable ok for a farm hotel, but charging 22euro/pp breakfast is over pricing; internet doesn’t work in this place already for a few days, they haven’t noticed us ahead they can’t take credit card , but only tell us while we are checking out, we have to spent another hour to find a ATM and pay them in cash"

"We were really positively surprised with the hotel. We booked it randomly shortly before our stay and the price was quite reasonable for us (family of 5). We didn't expect much since we simply needed a base near Colmar. Quite family friendly, perfectly located (15 min by bike to Colmar), but nicely isolated from the tourist crowds. Perfect place to stay with family and to explore surroundings."
