"The friendliness of the staff is so and so. We have a wonderful experience with the breakfast service and a mediocre with the evening service.
The hotel is located in a very nice area. Unfortunately the access to the lake is not the best. But this hotel is the perfect spot to start some day trips.
One can clearly see that this hotel is not state of the art anymore. Although it is clean, it is really outdated.

The front desk staff and waiters were all extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was extremely comfortable and well appointed. "Love staying here and always enjoy my visit! My only concern this time is that the hot water heater for tea/coffee in the room was very old and was shedding plastic inside the pot when water was heated. That urgently needs to be replaced!"
