"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast options were great. The room was clean and spacious for the 3 of us. My only complaint was that we ran out of towels on day 3 and housekeeping never came, but i did go to the front desk and they did replace towels needed, but the dirty ones were never taken. Besides that our stay was great. The balcony was perfect, beautiful view of the beach."

"It was an easy convenient check in and the room was very clean and actually larger than expected. The daily parking fee was unexpected and should just be included as part of the room but there was no issue with it."

"Checked in and given room keys. Went to enter room and cleaning staff was standing in the doorway. Room was still being cleaned. Cleaners were rushed to finish. Room was not clean when we entered finally. Trash on the floor. Mirror sticky debris and bathroom sink not wiped clean. Bed was horrible condition, sloped to center so bad you could see it. Paint on shelf in bathroom bubbling and peeling up. Water pipes sounded like world war three when turned water on in sink. None of the staff wear any type of uniform and looked like they just walked in off the street. "
