"Excellent location and very comfortable room. Friendly staff. Nice addition of tea/coffee in reception. Lots of noise from other guests in corridors outside room and doors banging but thankfully this was minimal after 10pm. Would recommend for superb location and good transport links."

"everything was good staff were great but room had some interesting choices: 2nd bed in room was very noisy and sub par, bathroom and sink were separated by rooms, bathroom door has a 1.5cm gap so privacy issues especially in a room of 4? but blackout curtains are great and sound isolation is good overall i’d recommend if going as a couple but more than 2 people is questionable "

"Staff was great and room was nice"

"Everything was great and my only complain has nothing to do with the staff but with how thin the floors are. Someone who was above me was walking heavily during my entire stay. They obviously didn't know that you were supposed to walk on the pads of your feet instead of your heels. They woke me up the 3 nights I stayed so that wasn't good. Other than that, my stay was great."

"Room cleaning is very random, during 4 nights stay I only got room clean once, and the last day stay I put on dnd and room cleaner slamming on the door at 9am asking if room clean is needed There’s no such bad room cleaning service I have ever been through"
