"The host, Bart, was so friendly and helpful, and gave us some wonderful ideas of things to do during our stay. The property itself was perfect and exactly what I wanted, quiet and so easy to reach many of the activities that I wanted to enjoy while there. Several excellent restaurants were walking distance from the property. Breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms were clean and well appointed. An excellent stay, thank you!"

"Our stay at the Parkhotel Wallgau was absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff and waiters were all extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was extremely comfortable and well appointed. "Our room was very clean and remodeled well. We were only staying one night so we booked the cheapest king bed room. This room #24 was an attic room which had no windows except for two skylight window on the ceiling. Didn’t have screens and it rained that evening, so we closed them. That made the room very hot and stuffy. Other rooms had balconies and I’m sure were very nice. Also, they didn’t have small towels for the shower. Breakfast was from 8-10. "The friendliness of the staff is so and so. We have a wonderful experience with the breakfast service and a mediocre with the evening service. The hotel is located in a very nice area. Unfortunately the access to the lake is not the best. But this hotel is the perfect spot to start some day trips. One can clearly see that this hotel is not state of the art anymore. "Wow what a treat after a couple of very average hotels on our trip. Felt like a 5 star resort treatment. Great spa, great underground parking, friendly service, epic room, awesome rooftop bar, easy walk to lake. Will definitely visit again and can highly recommend. "

"The only negative thing I have to say about this property is that I didn't stay longer. This was easily the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Breakfast was incredible, the restaurants were amazing, the hotel was gorgeous, the spa was other-worldly, and the staff did everything in their power to make sure I had everything I could have needed. I can't wait to come back and stay longer. "
