"I travel to so many places and this place has by far been my favorite. The staff are so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time. "The place is good cause we needed privacy and away from town, but the place was not clean. In the bathroom the arr spider webs and ant hills under basin. We stayed for 2 days and the linen was not changed, the was dust on the study table and the pedestals. When you drain water from the tub or flash the is a awful smell dont know from where. But the receptionist Melody, she was the best 10/10."

"Wir haben das Riverhaus (Familien-Chalet) für 4 Personen gebucht. Das war sehr schön und grosszügig. Die Tiere (Nyala, Warzenschweine usw.) konnten wir von der Terrasse aus beobachten. Im holzbefeuerten Whirpool (wird von den Mitarbeitern aufgeheizt, kostet zusätzlich) haben wir die Umgebung genossen, war toll. Auch sonst war alles sehr schön und bestens. Die morgendliche Anfahrt ins "Big-5-Gebiet" dauert etwas und man muss sich warm anziehen, lohnt sich aber auf jeden Fall."
