"Im Vorfeld hatte ich über die Expedia App versucht, das Hotel zu kontaktieren. Diese Anfrage blieb leider unbeantwortet. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mein Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern waren leider vorhanden. Es ist keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer vorhanden, was bei sommerlichen Temperaturen sicher ein Problem ist. "Our stay at the lake hotel was simply wonderful. The room was very spacious, cozy, and tastefully furnished. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was excellent. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and the evening meals were outstanding. We especially enjoyed the sauna, the hotel’s private beach right on the lake, and our large terrace. In short, we highly recommend this hotel."

"Property is in an excellent location. The Altstadt is outside the back of the property and the shopping area is a block away. Parking is underground. The breakfast was great with everything you could want. The room we had overlooked the Altstadt area and was clean and quiet. If we return to Heppenheim this would our hotel of choice. Very highly recommend."
