"We booked last minute to stay local for our son’s football event, and we had such a wonderful stay that we are already looking to come back. The local area is beautiful, especially Ironbridge. We ate dinner at the hotel and were so impressed that we personally thanked the chefs. Frankie, Chris, Carl, and Brad — you did an amazing job. The fillet steak was cooked to perfection, the mussels were delicious, and our son even loved the pizza from the children’s menu. Dom was working behind the bar and was incredibly friendly and helpful. It really made a difference to our stay. We hope all goes well with finishing university and your future endeavours!"

"Left my metal water bottle in the room fridge but tried calling and also messaging the hotel within an hour of checking out asking them to keep it so I could pick it up in a couple of days time. No one on reception phone line ever picks up and I've had no response to my messages."

"The checking in was easy and very welcoming. One of the rooms apart from the bathroom was very clean. The other room was clean all through. We all slept well in the comfortable beds after a 3 hour journey. The breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice. The breakfast staff like all staff were very polite and helpful. Easy to park and free parking. If we visit the area again we will definitely be booking this hotel."
