" Greeting with Champagne and tour through hotel. Hotelroom nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Dinner that was included was a 5 course meal that was excellent. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. Worth a trip and stay. 35 minutes from Merano. We did not have children with us but great for families."

"The staff was very helpful. For ecample they allowed me to use the spa facilities on the day of my check-out after retunring from a trail running event although the check-out time already passed. "

"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

"Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen. Lage echt top für Wanderungen. Wir hatten leider ein sehr hellhöriges Zimmer und ein unerklärliches Gepolter war ab 5 Uhr morgens in unserem Zimmer zu hören. Freundliche Reaktion auf unsere Anmerkung zwecks des Lärms, konnten das Problem in der zweiten Nacht leider nicht abstellen."
