"When we arrived they were drying the carpet out with a big fan. The carpet was soaking wet! There were chunks of the carpet missing. We pulled the sheets back and there was debris on the sheets. There were also burn holes in the bedding. The guy at the desk responded “they are just burn holes”. We requested the sheets be changed and they were. The smoke detector kept going off and we requested battery change. At 5:00 am the alarm went off again and continued to the point we took it off the ceiling. "

"Room was clean but bathroom door was hard to shut and had a hole from someone kicking it maybe? Took us a bit to find the entrance because it’s right next to another motel and no sign on door or above it like pictures showed. "
