Hotel Grand Chancellor Hobart
The view from the room was fabulous. The location is very convenient. Only stayed for one night on the way back home. Will definitely stay here if we visit again.

The Tasman, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hobart
Good but not great. Slow check in, no upgrade and no gold level perks. Also, it is time to bring back doona/duvet covers, as sheets covering doonas/duvets are impractical, uncomfortable and disgusting! .
