"The owners are super nice and the location is the best to explore everything around"

"Love this place. Perfect location for ninh binh trip."

"The stay here was very pleasant, and staff were friendly. It is quite far from the main town area of Ninh Binh, meaning you need to get food delivered or grab it to the hotel. There is free bicycle hire, which made getting into town easier."

"The views are incredible and so are the staff. They were extremely helpful and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. They provided free bikes so we were able to ride around the local area which was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon after doing the boat tour. The limestone mountains and the river we could see out our windows and door were just so picturesque. The location is away from the main homestay areas (although very close to Hoa Lu and the Trang An Boat Ride entrance) as well as any shops. They have a decent food offering, we found it useful to supplement with eating in town and bringing...

"Really sweet family, full of hospitality, wants the very best for their guests. Cozy rooms, the beds were a little hard though, but clean and tidy. The location is in a motorbike-bicycle distance from all the many attractions in the beautiful area. "
